| Bio: |  This is a combinations showcase journal/request journal/you can use the ones I make journal. I like to make icons, but I can't possibly use all the ones I make. I like to see my icons being used by other people, because it makes me feel special. =D He he. I make mostly ballet/dance icons. Teasers:        I'm sorry, but this journal is friends only. I had to do that to stop icon stealing. I have been finding my icons all over the place without my knowing about it. Read the rules for procedures concerning this. HOW TO SET AN ICON FOR USE: LJ icons: right click on the icon you want. Find and select "save picture as..." and save it to your computer. Then sign into Live Journal. In the top menu, go to "manage" then "user pictures." If you don't already have three images uploaded, you can scroll down to the bottom and go to "browse." Find the file saved on your computer and hit enter. Voila! LJ icons have to be 100x100 pixels or less, with a file size of 40 kb or less. All of the LJ icons I put in this journal will fit these requirements. AIM icons: right click on the icon you want. Find and select "save picture as..." and save it to your computer. Sign onto AIM. On your buddy list, click the button that says "prefs." In the menu on the left select "buddy icons." Click "browse PC" and find the file saved on your computer. Hit enter. AIM icons have to be 48x48 pixels or less, have a file size of something like 7.5 kb or less, and be in .gif format. All of the AIM icons I put in this journal will fit these requirements.  1. If you would like to take something, please TELL ME before you do. 2. CREDIT (lindas_icons) if you take something (this rule does not apply to bases; you don't have to credit for bases, they are just resizing). 3. If you would like something customized that I have posted in the showcase entries, just tell me in comments and I'll do it as soon as I can! 4. If you are making a request, please use the form that is in the "Request an icon" posts (and on this info page). 5. If you are making a request, please use the CURRENT "Request an icon" post (this makes my life easier). 6. Please also CREDIT for requested icons. 7. Not a rule, but you should know: You can ask me to fix the icons I make that you have requested. You may have been to other communities where they say things like, "once it's made, don't be picky and ask me to change it." I always save the icons I make in a way so that I can edit them. Feel free to be picky! Keep asking me to fix it til you are 100% satisfied! To be "friended": 1. Add me to your friends. 2. I'll add you back so you can see everything. XD This way I can check through my friends list to see who has what. He he.  Icons: Base pic/background- Cropping- Text- Font- Color- Text animation- Other details- Please include working links of the picture(s) you want and hexadecimal color codes (these are the six letter/number codes that you use when selecting colors like in your journal customizing). If it doesn't really matter the exact color, descriptions are fine; i.e. hot pink, navy blue, etc. Colorbars: #1 (red): #2 (orange): #3 (yellow): #4 (green): #5 (blue): #6 (indigo): #7 (purple): At the bottom of the bar, I will put "I ♥ (insert topic of colorbar)!" unless you tell me otherwise.
